Just joined public mobile. Esim activated on my current phone and not the new one. I need a new esim but can not log into my account to do this. What is my next step?

You need to download the PM app on the new phone and you need login to your account and purchase a new eSIM for $5.

If you are having issues login, click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent for an agent to help you login to your account.

@KRay88  public mobile app and ESIM purchase must be downloaded to the phone in question. 

Can you get the code by email? Do you see option to send code and send to email?
