i paid for my phone i changed the plan it took the money but my phone wont work and i cant submit a ticket or find a live person ive been doing this for 3 hours now im so upset and frustrated

WHY this announcement is not on MAIN page, big, bold and in red? I do not mind answering similar questions over and over again in order to calm down people.
I cannot imagine how people are frustrated particularly if they use PM for business or to get in touch with relatives in need.

It appears you are caught up in today's major system issue. Pm is currently addressing the issue and has promised to have it fixed by 4pm eastern. In your Self Serve account, is your plan reported as active or as suspended? There's currently some type of system issue leding to an increase in suspended accounts. it's possible that you might be caught up in that. Hopefully, this will be addressed shortly.
