it's a 30 days cycle.  If it says Nov 29 to Dec 29, it means the cycle ends at Dec 29 00:00 , ie, the Dec 29 is not included in the cycle

It's shocking that Public Mobile has not fixed this mistake.  At one point, this did get fixed only to have the problem return after a self serve update/redesign.

@xkon

best is to use autopay as suggested by @Meow ...but...if you have no valid payment cards to use, you can get payment vouchers at these places in Canada...https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/payment-voucher

Also, you can use on-line vouchers from www.muskbird.com. There's others but muskbird has the cheapest user fees of them all.

Why would you care regarding service cut off period IF you ARE PM subscriber with autopay?

Whenever cutoff period is your data will continue to work either using left over of data allowance or start with new batch of GB.
Just log in to your account on 29th sometimes in the morning and you will see account status.
