you can always click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend code" on the 2FA page, and then choose Send email
or you can make email as the first choice by removing the phone number at the EverSafe page. Login My Account first, go to Profile, click Manage EverSafe ID and remove the phone number there (the same can be done using the App, go to Account page and Choose Manage Login (Secured by EverSafe)
if you cannot login at all or don't see the Send email option, ask PM support agent to help. you can submit ticket by direct message:
