i had old phone it broke so cant see text as well had old email account. 

How can i get esim for new phone and get old number i had

im trying to use old phone number. I had digital sim card on old phone but i cant even turn that phone on. So i do not know hwo to get old number and sim onto new phone without physical sim

You use PM app to buy eSIM 

For the 2FA, Click Didn't receive code or Resend code and select Send email or voice message to get the code via email or voicemail

You will need to download the PM app on your new phone.  Login into your self service account.  If you can't get 2FA text or email, you could get 2FA voice mail (if you know your VM password).  Once into your account, you will need to purchase eSIM

If you are unable to access your account, you will need to contact customer service agent.

(Use your Community account to login. For 2FA, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) You might may need even create a dfferent community account with a different email address that you can access 2FA email.
