To change your SIM card, please follow the steps below:

Once you have a new SIM, follow these steps to update the SIM number associated with your account:

Log in to the Public Mobile app  (select + symbol on bottom left) or My Account (click  >  symbol on bottom left)

  1. Go to the ‘Profile’ tab
  2. Select the pencil icon next to your current SIM number
  3. Enter your the 19-digit code of your new SIM
  4. Select ‘Save Changes’

Are you a current Public customer and that you're using an esim and want to switch to a card?
Or are you wondering about moving over to Public from a previous provider that you had used an esim with?

Log in and go to profile and find the sim card and you can change it there. Keep in mind that you will kill the esim and you can't use it again. Just like with a card.

You will have to actually purchase new physical SIM and do transfer through My Account.
