esim troubles

I wanted to install esim on my daughters phone, but I created account on my phone thinking I would be able to send her link to install esim but there is no option for that and now it tries to install on my phone. How can I install esim on her phone.

I didn't realize the QR code was in the welcome email. Installed on daughters phone and working as expected now.

@Don12 , you would need to install the app on the phone that you want to install the eSIM on so that it can load onto that phone. So, you may need to purchase another eSIM once you install the app on that phone. Unfortunately eSIM can’t be transferred from one phone to another.

You should receive a welcome email with a QR code, you can use this code to manually install the eSIM on the intended device as long as it didn’t install on your phone.

If you didn’t receive a welcome email with a QR code you will have to reach out to customer service to re-issue one to you.
