make sure you use PM app and login using the correct email

Try scanning the QR code in your email PM sent you during activation of the eSIM.
If you are switching to another phone then you need to purchase a new eSIM for $5.
If that didn’t work then you need a CS_Agent to help you. Click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.

@mattcrockford , e-SIM can't be reused. Please purchase another one from your online account. There should be no cost to do so.
