esim not compatible

i bought an esim but release the phone is not compatible, so i m not able to activate, can i exchange to a regular sim?@ Customer Support Agent

@wleo   I thought it would work.  Make sure the phone is unlocked and you have the latest iOS

however, PM has some issue with eSIM activation on iPhone, so, it could be a problem on PM side. 

But yes, message support and ask them to convert that to physical sim and ask them to refund the eSIM cost

it is an iphone 14 purchased oversea, i didnt realize that esim is not supported
