Hi, thank you, after a frustrating time with Public Mobile I decided to do some purchasing with my new card, then I remembered the little sticker on the card, sure enough, now I'll just have to wait for the stores to open and go to town.😳

Have you activated the new card yet via your card account or by making a pin # purchase?

Try clearing the cache and go incognito on your browser before login to your account.
