my account has data still. but scince yesterday ihave no intrnet and data. need immidiate. and you guys never resolve probloms. cant update my 4 digit pass and i dont remember it:((

@Nasrin1 For your data, have you gone into your phone's settings (if Android) and confirmed you have not reached any data limits set? Do you have data enabled (making sure it was not accidentally turned off)

check your phone data screen and see if you have set a data limit on it, the data usage could be blocked on the phone that way

and try Reset All networks on the phone or test the sim card with another phone
