when I try to log on my email is not recognized and not attached to my account. Not sure if it was a typo originally but is there another way to log on using my phone number?

@paulhendrie - was a Self Serve account ever created?
If not, you can register for one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Also note - If you have been in nonpay suspended status for over 90 days then you lost your phone number and account (meaning no access to Self Serve).

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

Try the forgot password link. If you need your email address changed the submit a ticket to a CSA.

Hi @paulhendrie , did you try forgot password link? if you did and not working, open a ticket with PM using the chatbot https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
follow this to get to open ticket quicker
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
