Hello folks how góes it. Thabks for the help earlier with the sim problem I mention earlier I purchased it for my daughter. Now we got a little problem.
We got her all set up with new number and selfserve. But now she's trying to log in and it's not expecting her password. Then she try recovering it it ended up locking her account. Any suggestion plz it perhaps coustmer service number plz and thanks in advance. Happy holidays

Best way to use chatbot (https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot) for opening ticket with reset password, follow this:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@Communityname1 - you may have locked up the account with too many failed attempts, just temporarily though.
Wait 15 minutes, then open a tab in incognito mode.
Then log into the Self Serve account. If the password is not working, go the Forgot your Password route, and reset it.

Wait an hour and try the forgot password link again. Clear browser cache and go incognito.

@Communityname1 Public Mobile has no customer service number. Everything is done online to keep cost low.
