I have recently switched emails & phones, still have same SIM card. Just having a lot of difficulty accessing my account to make the necessary changes.

You will need PM Support to change the email as advised above. Follow this on chatbot and you can open ticket quicker:
type: Change username
Click " Forgot Self-Serve Email"
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
only them will change for you.

To change the email to your Self Serve account, you need to have CSA do it for you.
