Hello. before I could install the eSIM the QR code became invalid. Can another email be sent?

it is "invalid" because it is already installed by the app
check your Settings->Cellular page (on iPhone) or Sim Manager (on Android), you should see a Public Mobile esim there. Then make sure it is enabled (or if it is an iPhone, toggle on Turn on this line) . Also while you are there, make sure the old provider sim is disabled. Last, just Reset Network Settings
