Logged into the app to activate eSim. Disconnected from old Telus line, got a text from Koodo saying welcome to the service?? Reset my network settings. Reset my phone. Re scanned the QR, just getting errors and to contact provider. Cant contact provider with ticket because submit is greyed out and wont let me. Tried switching to incognito, nothing. Tried firefox, nothing. Cant log into on desktop as its sending log in codes to my number that is DISCONNECTED!
Help please.
