I subscribed on my laptop and chose eSim. After using my phone to scan the QR code I got the app and continued on. On the last step of registration it said my phone was not eSim compatible (it is) and only gives me the option to contact support. And support is non existent so I don't know what to do!
Yes I'd switch to Sim (there's one in my phone currently) but I don't know where to make these changes.

Not helpful but thanks for your unsolicited opinion.

Avoid eSIM as it might fail at any time?
Get REAL SIM card (plastic).
Why would youwant esim at all????

hi @JasonDes7
so you used the app but unable to activate with eSIM.? are you just still at the beginning of the activation?? can you, and will you, change it to physical sim?? Physical sim is easier to manage and more flexible when changing phones or troubleshooting
