eSim Activation Did Not Work

Purchase eSim for Iphone 14 on Public Mobile App on the Iphone.
It was loading then stop.
Didn't get the eSIM installation step?
Didn't get the QR code in the Welcome email.
My credit card did get charge $5.75

I’m not sure what happened but you can speak to a Public Mobile CS agent and they can guide you through how to fix this.
