you are not supposed to pay for the 2nd esim you just got, PM will cover it, you just need to ask PM to put the $5 back to your account as credit. Please open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
