eSIM transfer

I got a new iPhone and it says I need to contract carrier to set up eSIM but there is no number to contact Public Mobile. Its not letting my transfer the eSIM directly. Any steps I can take?

Sorry,  esim cannot be transferred from phone to phone, but you can buy a Free replacement. 

What you need to do is to download the PM app on the new phone, login to the app.  If you have trouble getting 2FA code via text, click Didn't receive code or Resend code and then choose Send email or Send voice message to get the 2FA code via email or voicemail (you can call yourself from another phone to retrieve the 2FA voice message)

After you logged  in the app, go to Account page and choose Buy sim card and select eSIM.

you don't use iPhone way to transfer

Instead, Download Public Mobile ap on the new phone and login.  Then go to Account -> Purchase Sim card and choose eSIM and buy and install

if your last eSIM was bought 15+ days ago, it should be free
