My daughters phone died and I can’t get the esim number to put on her new phone is there a way to do this?

You need to make a eSIM purchase on the PM app then login her account.
If you have issues login, you can click on Forgot Password or Forgot Email then have the 2FA code sent by email, text or call.

You have to get a new esim for her phone. This is one of the drawbacks of esims vs a physical sim.
