Hi everyone,
I ported my number today (Jan 24 at 1:33 PM) from another carrier to Public Mobile, eSIM to eSIM.
The eSIM shows as installed, but it cannot be activated. I currently have:
Error message shown on my phone:
“Activating eSIM – Connecting to carrier. This may take a few minutes.”
Then it fails with:
“Unable to activate eSIM. You can try again or contact your carrier for help.”
I’ve tried all activation and troubleshooting steps multiple times, but nothing works.
Has anyone experienced this with same-day eSIM to eSIM port-ins? Any advice would be appreciated.

why your eSIM cannot be activated?
make sure you removed the old sim card and disable the old eSIM first
Then reboot phone and check Sim Manager again and try to enable the PM esim. If you have an iPhone, toggle on "Turn on this sim" and set as Primary for the PM eSIM
if your phone say cannot activate, please kindly post a screenshot of the error

Experiencing a similar porting issue at the moment. Ticket submitted more than five hours ago, and always no reply from CS_Agent. In fact, I saw CS_Agent's profile indicating offline... wonder if anyone is really working on this issue.
