eSIM not activating

Previously with Freedom - I receieved on activation error message on my iphone xs and it says not able to activated sim can someone help me.

@BritneyAnna   they should be able to resend you the QR code.  Message them and get it sorted out

and remember to come back and tell us how it turns out.  It is a new process and we all eager to know how the activation experience is 🙂

Yes I did. and then an error popped up.

did you get to the stage to install the QR code for eSIM profile?

look like PM is struggling eSIM activation with iPhone at the moment.  Likely it can be resolved, but need a ticket with PM support.   Please message them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
