By mistake, I selected a physical SIM instead of an eSIM. My phone doesn’t support physical SIMs, and now I’m stuck during registration because it’s asking for the physical SIM number. I need to go back a few steps to choose the eSIM option instead, but I’m unable to proceed.

you need to complete the activation with physical sim first, and change to eSIM after.
or check with PM and see if they can help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
