iPhone 11 Pro max moving to iPhone XR
“Bought” a new eSIM through the app (discounted to free)
didn’t work, pop up says contact public mobile.
esim is not showing in cellular.
now eSIM on old phone isn’t working and neither is the new one. Fun times.
how does this get sorted?

@Tilleyajs on the phone with the new eSIM, make sure all old sim or old eSIM are disabled.
Make sure PM eSIM is enabled (Turn on this line) and the label set as Primary
Then Reset Network Settings after a device reboot
