eSIM didn’t activate.

@CS_Agent  I got a message that my eSIM didn’t activate and my number didn’t port. How did I resolve this?  Can login to the app. Just kicks me out. No QR code the scan to try adding the sim

Wait 5 to 10 seconds and you should see the To field populated with @CS_Agent 

if you don't see it, try using another browser

I tried to private message cs_agent but no name could be found to send to.

so, there is no esim installed on your phone?

ask support to resend you the esim.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent using direct message:

Porting is another issue, it can be done quicker.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
