I couldn't download the Public Mobile apps from my iPhone 16pro. I already subscribe the monthly plan but can't use it at all. I have tried many ways to solve the problem but doesn't work at all. I really feel tired of it. Therefore I decide to cancel the subscription from PM. Is somebody there can help me do the cancellation.

Please contact a CS Agent and they can send you another eSIM if you want.
The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.
