I've been trying to activate the eSIM without success MANY times. I have never received an email with the qr code either so I can't download it.
I also contacted an Agent about this issue, and they told me to visit a store to get a physical one for free, but none are in Vancouver, BC. They also told me that they aren't sending qr code for eSIM, but it is written everywhere on the website that they do.
Now they told me to purchase it - so not free anymore - and get it sent to me.
I'm very confused now - and slightly upset too. How difficult is it to simply send an eSIM?!

if you are in Vancouver, there are many Telus Koodo store to pickup the sim card. check it here
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM
Go back and tell agent you will get the sim for free on in of the stores, ask them what you need from that to get it free

There aren't any stores that will provide a SIM card for free. Stores that have Public Mobile SIM cards will sell them for $10. Since the CSA stated the SIM card would be free, I would contact that CSA and ask for a $10 credit to cover the cost of the SIM card.
