eSIM Transfer Showing $5 Charge (Should Be Free?)

NikoFish

Hi, I recently got a new phone and I’m trying to transfer my eSIM.

Based on the guidelines, the eSIM replacement should be free if:

  • My current eSIM has been active for more than 15 days
  • I’m doing an eSIM-to-eSIM transfer
  • I did not delete my existing eSIM

I believe I meet all of these conditions, but when I try to proceed, it still shows a $5 charge.

Could someone please help check if this is an error or assist with waiving the fee?

Thank you in advance!

Yes from your description. The replacement eSIM should be free.

I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent for a credit into your account.
