Hi,
I bought an eSIM early today. but I had trouble activating it. I turned off the phone and wait until -5 min to turn it on again then the eSIM disappeared. Now I cannot do or see my new phone number. it is there any way to fix it or to have the full refund. thx

@Stephanie_8 can check your welcome email for the QR code and scan with phone and install . Also check your sim manager in phone settings and make sure it’s set to primary and remove any physical SIM card and rest network settings if nothing helps get support to fix for you
