Number transfer -> app said successfully installed eSIM -> no service or eSIM installed. Tried reinstalling via QR code in welcome email, also didn't work.

since the eSIM is not even there, there is nothing much more you can do. You need to ask PM support agent to help, you can submit ticket by direct message:
