eSIM APN Configuration Issue - Account Access Blocked by EverSafe Verification

I have an active Public Mobile eSIM on my iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 26.5. The eSIM has no data and no cellular reception.
 
I discovered an issue: my cellular data network APN is set to isp.mb.com instead of sp.telus.com. I cannot manually change this on my iPhone because iOS locks eSIM APN settings — only Public Mobile can push the correct carrier configuration.
 
However, I cannot access my account to request this because my EverSafe ID verification is sending codes to an old phone number I no longer have access to. I’m locked in a verification loop and cannot proceed.
 
I need Public Mobile to help
 
1. Manually update the APN on my eSIM to sp.telus.com
2. Update the phone number associated with my EverSafe ID so I can access my account
 
Please help resolve both…

With iPhones you don’t need set the APN. It is automatic so reset the Network settings on your iPhone 12.

You can click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent to your email or voicemail.

If you are still having issues login to your account. You need CS_Agent assistance to help you login to your account.
