Please clarify your question. E-sim itself doesn't mean much. If you mean will your Public Mobile service work in the US, yes it will if you have a roaming add-on or a plan that includes US roaming as part of the core plan. E-sim or physical sim makes no difference, and you need to make sure data roaming is turned on on the device itself.
If you're talking about a third party travel esim from providers such as Airalo, then that is typically data only; and even if it includes phone/text service, it would be a phone number completely separate from your Public Mobile number.

@Barterguy- The eSim is just an alternative to a physical SIM. It has no impact on cost/price of services.

@Barterguy Those are all plan features but , yes eSIM or even physical sim with US/MEX roaming plans you can use talk text and data in all 3 countries with no surprise bills
