@CS_Agent I signed up for the Black Friday promo and was prompted to pay for my first month and sim card at sign up. When the sime card arrived I was prompted for payment again when I was activating my card. I've been trying to submit a ticket to possible have someone look into this but Everytime I try to start a ticket there's an "oops something went wrong" error. I just want some help from actual people why is that so difficult.

I had a similar problem of being charged for my first month twice after signing up on Black Friday. I have sent 2 messages to @CS_Agent and have not received a response. I also always get the oops! Error when trying to submit a ticket.
