Hello im messaging as paid my cell account but looking at my credit card account I was billed twice cause my first credit card when I used it came back as declined for some reason so I had to use another card so I used my other one for the $40.00 on my account but then looking at my other credit that said decline when I tried to pay my bill it's showing on my transactions for Oct 6 Public mobile for $28.25 so I paid $40.00 on one card but the transaction on my other card did come out as well for $28.25 when it said declined so I need to figure out how to sort this out and get my 1 extra payment back as it is not even showing they other payment under my account if someone could please help

No actually its showing zero balance owing $40.00 on Nov 3rd so yeah that's actually a great idea ill take a screenshot of both the payment on my credit cards

maybe screenshot your payment history and overview page to give some more relevant information. Do you have any available funds in your account? Sometimes when you get double billed, there is a balance that can be used for next month payment

The first thing to check is if that exra $25 was deposited into your Public Mobile avaialble funds balance. If not, you'll need to open a ticket at https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat

You’ve looked at Available Funds in your Self Serve account to confirm it is not sitting there? If it is it will get used at your next renewal which is far easier than trying to get it refunded.
