Hi!
I have a problem: when someone tries to call me, he has to call twice, because the first time the answering machine turns on right away, and the second time the call goes through. It is very uncomfortable.
How to make it correct this so that the answering machine is turned on no earlier than after the tenth signal?
Thanks-Vladimir

Where to dial it? On the keypad phone? Then they answer me that the wrong number is dialed. On SMS? Please describe in more detail so that I can understand. Nothing happened yet
Thank
As though you were calling someone - without a contact. "Dial" that in the dialer of the phone and complete it as though you're calling someone.
You ought to get something back saying what the setting is for the call forwarding no reply option. It should also give you the voicemail number that is currently set.

Did you have port your number recently from another company? @volod

Hello @volod.
Did you see if you have turned off the don't disturb button on the left of your phone?

hi, the same thing was happening to my husband's phone and i just fixed it. i restarted the phone and while calling it, i looked at his phone. i seen the call coming in and after while the screen was still locked it let me know it was on a not disturb. and the switch was on for the ringger.
if you swipe from down to up on the screen, make sure the moon icon is off.
i hope this helped.

iPhones have hardware DO NOT DISTURB switch on the upper right corner of the phone, on the long side, when looking at the screen. This could be in the wrong position.

You probably have a do not disturb feature enabled accidentally.
What phone are you using? Someone will give you instructions how to check and disable

Here are directions to set the maximum ring time.
Not sure if that will solve the problem but there it is.
