why is my 250 mb plan data not showing on my account info and why is my gifted data being used up instead of my plan data,and no I haven't used 250 mb data

You only have data if you are registered for autopay at the renewal time. If it went off because of problem with the renewal or for any other reason except you intentionally removing it, please contact moderators https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and ask them to fix it. Check your autopay reward too.

Likely, all plan data has been consumed at which point data in the bonus add on will be used until it is consumed. If no data at all, use Wifi until next plan renewal or buy an add on.

@jklyne When the data usage counter disappears from your selfserve landing page it means that the data was used up and that is why your gifted data is being used up.

Counter is very actuate, the only thing that could happen is that it wasn't reset at the renewal.
Heads up, 250 is small data ort could be gobbled if you are boosting your WiFi signal with data (check your data and WiFi settings) or if you allow updates on data, check those settings too.
You will do well with restricting background data for most apps, just go down the list off apps that used there most data and be merciless

If your 250MB data is not showing then it means you have depleted it then your 1 GB data would be used.
