I am new this past month to Public. I have the 5.5 Gb data plan but my data is no longer working at 4.6 Gb used (same is happening with my brother's - at 4.6 as well). Why?

I'd like to hear the end to this story because it sounds like it may be your actual phone actually cutting you off because you've reached a preset limit. Otherwise the full amount is shown as used up on your self serve account.
Let us know how it goes so we know it is a glitch or not.

It seems coincidental at you would both shut down at 4.6 GB. Do you have the data limit set on your phone by any chance? I know on Android you can set the data to cut off at a limit you choose. I'm not sure if you can do that on iPhone.

@EthanGardner Login to your self-serve account and have a look on the Overview page to verify if you have data remaining.
