I got a message that I have been rewarded with 250G data within the next 5 months, why I can't see it in my account? and I was told I ran out of my data quickly this month, I believe I didn't use that much.

@Helendu It's mentioned in the FAQ, but of course you'd have had to read the FAQ to see it!

"The bonus data will remain active unless your account becomes inactive, you switch to a plan of lower value or to an incompatible plan."
I doubt you can get it back unfortunately.

yes I did. since I don't need that much data, but it was not mentioned. how can I get it back?

@Helendu Did you change to a lower value plan? Doing so will remove that bonus data.
