my plan has 14 gbits. it is working before. now i can not use my data to go online. i do not know why ?

Please help me out. Thanks

@daniel_yang  Make sure you have data left like this 

simply try refreshing the page when logged in

For most up to date account info

 

if you have data left and it’s still not working try rebooting the phone or network settings and see if that helps

Did you use your data allotment, @daniel_yang ?

 

Check in your self serve account on the landing page.

 

Do your calling and texting services also work, both in and out?

 My Account has some cache issue and the 14GB you saw earlier might not be updated, please login My Account again using Incognito mode to confirm how much data left

 

If you really have enough data still, please confirm on your device if you have enabled data limit on your device. If so, please. disable it

 

if still does not work, try to reseat your sim card with a reboot

 

Also, you might want to click Reset All Networks and see if it helps (please note that this will remove your saved Wifi connection and you need to rejoin them)

Before what? Is your cell data turned on? Do you have a data limiter setting set on the phone? Log in to your account and click any little spinner refresh icons lower down to make sure you're seeing current info.
