Good afternon,
For some reason my data stoped working, I tried restarting my phone many times and still nothing. I even trid loging into my account and it won;t display my data usage, or let me add data.

@leolegend yep, there's a bug with the add-on purchasing in self-serve right now. You have two choices: call 611 from your phone to use the automated phone-based system to make the purchase, or use this link to private message the moderator_team and ask them to add it for you. If you do the latter, first make a manual top-up/payment in self-serve for the amount of the add-on your wish to purchase, so that you have the available funds in your account.

yes i do not see your examples you have shown me, it does not display anything, but i went ahead and tried to purchase more data and nothing happened. so i beleive there might be something wrong.

It looks like you've used up your data for this period if you are not able to see your data usage under your addons.

@leolegend when you say it won't let you, do you mean that on the overview page, you don't see your data listed in the My Add-on section? If that's the case, then you have unfortuantely used up all of your plan data for your current 30 or 90 days.
EDIT: @ShawnC13 beat me to it and with more info 🙂
Also, here's an example of what to look for. If you don't see a line similar to one of these in your My Data & Add-Ons section of the Overview page, then you've used up your data:

@leolegend, is it possible that you have used your plan data up? If you login to the self serve and look under addons you should see your data amounts. If no total is showing there you have used it all up and have 3 options.
