my plan with 20 G data but used only 1.67 G data went to lite mode with speed as zero, cheating by Public Mobile
today is May 17 and 18 2026 in Surrey

Did you confirm you usage by checking PM My Account on the browser or using PM app?. Check again and see if you really used up your data
Or Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings, check if data goes back to good speed
If you need PM's help, open ticket
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
