If you joined after Jan 27th of this year you have to use email to contact them from the main website page. If you are a grandfathered customer from before Jan 27th you can use your mobile and dial *611 or 1- 877-999-5055.

At Public Mobile there is no stores, no call centre. All of our support is provided through the online community.

Did you join Public Mobile before January 27th, 2015 ?

If YES, you can do *611 from your cellphone or call 1-855-478-2542.

After January 27th, 2015, customer service is now through the community or by email.

The procedure to send an email to Public Mobile is very easy.
