I would like to know what are the procedures to be able to give a new credit card number to pay my account...I am being sent to my account but cannot access it  not remembering my password ..even after one try I am being written that I have to contact administration but HOW

You can contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account through SIMon Chatbot by typing Create a Ticket on the bottom on this page or private message (envelope icon) on top of this Community page.

Once you are in your account click on Make a Payment>Edit Your AutoPay Preference

hi if you can't access your account  contact a cs agent tell them your issue

Are your services working? If you dial 611 does it tell you your balance and next renewal date? Can you login to your account? Did you try the forgot your password link?
