You can login to your Self Serve account and make the CC change but I would suggest you contact the CS_Agent and have your BIL email changed to his email. Better to keep account separately.

@Elaine5 - if a Self Serve account was never created for your brother in law, one can be registered for an account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

@Elaine5 - log into their Self Serve account and navigate to the PAYMENT tab.
Go to the bottom, left corner to update the credit card information.
