Hi, I keep getting this:

 

Unable to process this transaction.
Sorry, we are unable to verify your credit card information, so this transaction could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged.

 

CC has room on it and i have tried two different cards. Account now suspended and unable to use the phone.  Any ideas?

@JTH006im sorry to say, but publics auto pay is something you shouldn't rely on.

For your future use and thought. Since we all depend on our mobile devices we need to have reliable service so here is a method to insure yourself to avoid the insufficient funds situation.

Manually pay 30 days ahead. Leave auto pay in place (just in case) as that alone gives you $2 off and if it is NOT used you will still get the $2 off. Then when you receive your text that your account has been paid, that then becomes your reminder to prepay again. Depending on the accumulation of any earned (vs expected) credits you may occasionally downward adjust the amount you prepay. Do a screen print of your text and treat it like a bill to pay.

Yes, It is a card i have used before and the address is correct.

@JTH006  Known issue with PM's Auto-Pay system, hopefully they fix it one day. You need to submit a ticket and ask them to fix it. You can also purchase a voucher from a retail location or online via recharge.com to get your account up and running again.

Hi

 

I had the same problem and got solved by changing the expiry date of CC.

My CC got replaced due to expiry whereas the number remained the same and I got the same error in validity of CC.

@JTH006the address you enter must exactly match the info your credit card company has.

When entering your address, never put anything in the apartment field. You should leave it empty. If you live in an apartment, add your apt number as a prefix to your house civic number.

@JTH006 if you are using SIMon to create a ticket follow this procedure

 

type "payment issue"
(use the chat bubble options, click "cannot process payment" then click "voucher" then click "contact us" then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)

@JTH006 hi there have been a few issues lately with autopay 

  contact a moderator  click on the ? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator  mention auto pay failed

    check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours

@JTH006 your card may be locked from too many attempts. Contact the moderators and ask them to apply payment and reactivate your service for you.  There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:

  • Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Click here to get started.
  • Slower- Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password.  Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.

- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen.  The mods answer will show up there.  When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
