I'm trying to create a Self Serve account. SIMon tells me that I need to create a ticket. The ticket only allows me to change my password or PIN, not create an account. Is it possible to talk to an actual person? If not, how do I create a self serve account?

Thanks, everyone. It turns out that I just needed to wait a while after creating my Community account. It's a shame that there is no live customer support at Public Mobile.

@rwimbs You can't set up a self service account until you already have an active sim card and account at PM.. Unless you activated your sim card and plan in a store a long time ago.
In that case send a private message to CS_Agent to get help with that self service account set up.
