Hi, I switched to a different credit card for like 2 mnths. Do u think if I switch back 2 the old 1, could i get the loyalty points back?

Did doesn’t matter if you switch CC in your account.
The Loyalty points are removed because you downgrade your plan. It is too late to get the points back even if you upgrade back the plan.

@Kiki0 with the new Public Points system everyone now pays the full subscription amount upfront and will earn points.
- The $2 auto pay discount has been replaced with 5% Points-Back from every payment (less taxes)
- The monthly loyalty discount is now replaced with 10 points given once a year on your anniversary.
- Refer-a-Friend will get you 1 point for each month that your referral stays with PM
- Give Back (from 1 point up to 20 points by contributing in the Public Mobile Community).
When you have accumulated 15 points you can redeem them towards a $15 bill credit which must be done manually.
Changing credit cards will not make a difference
