It won't allow me to call out to those numbers

There is a glitch on AutoPay for a few members. So your account is suspended. You need to make a manual payment with a CC, debit or vouchers to restore service by dialing 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC.

You need to login to your account and enable Subscription button on your account for AutoPay to pay future bills.

do you have service now? did PM renew your account on April 18th?

did you login My Account and do you see the button Pay and Resume services to make a payment and remew

if you have trouble renewing, submit ticket with  agent

I am assuming your renewal date is April 18 (30 days cycle) and the AutoPay wasn’t taken out.
