There is a glitch on AutoPay for a few members. So your account is suspended. You need to make a manual payment with a CC, debit or vouchers to restore service by dialing 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC.
You need to login to your account and enable Subscription button on your account for AutoPay to pay future bills.

I am assuming your renewal date is April 18 (30 days cycle) and the AutoPay wasn’t taken out.
