You should get SMS from your current provider and reply YES within 90 minutes. Keep current SIM (old) in your phone to accomplish that.

@Glen72 You need to leave old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port . If you missed the 90 min window to reply . No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message . Give them a call and they can re trigger the port request for you
